Book Review – Summer Secrets by Jane Green
Cat Coombs has a great job as a journalist that she absolutely loves! But with that life comes a “side effect” that she can’t seem to control, and after a family secret is revealed she falls apart even more than before, but Cat is in denial. The visit to America was supposed to change everything, but during that visit Cat does the unthinkable and ruins the life she’s long dreamed of. As time passes and responsibilities grow, the monster seems to haunt her steps.
What we do in the past can haunt us for a long time, whether the action is accidental or deliberate, the consequence with always be there. This is one of those stories. This story was about love, vengenance and forgiveness and putting our past to rest, not letting is hold us back, but letting it grow us up!
