Meeting Miss Mollie

Annabelle has a job she loves and she is very ambitious, she thinks her life is perfect in every way – great marriage, husband, home and job. Then she finds out her husband is being unfaithful to her and then everything starts to fall apart.
This was a really good book. I liked Annabelle’s “tell it like it is” personality. She is very honest without being mean in spite of everything she is dealing with and she is ultimately a strong person. She decides to move on after her marriage falls apart and decides to be a flatmate with a gentleman who is looking for companionship for Mollie since he travels quite a bit.
I love the way the story was told, going back and forth to Annabelle, Mollie, Christian (the flatmate) and others – but truth be told, my favorite was Mollie. She’s chock full of wisdom and is more perceptive than the other characters in the book and so funny too.
I would totally recommend.
